Men’s Division:
30-39 Age Division
​40-49 Age Division
50-54 Age Division
55-59 Age Division

Women’s Division:
50-54 Age Division

Entry Fee $200.00

Multi-Team Discount (Teams must have same name with division listed)
•2 Teams 5% (-10.00 per team)
•3 Teams 7% (-14.00 per team)
•4 Teams 9% (-18.00 per team)

Please Note: Teams are required to pay by check when paying for the multi-team discount. Teams can still register online but should select the option to pay later by check.

What Your Team Receives for the Entrance Fee:
•Minimum Guarantee of Three (3) Matches
•T-shirts for all athletes on the roster
•All Referee Fees
•Medals for Top Three Teams
